Took diamond ring in for valuation, was told that it was worthless. Had independent valuation at several other jewellers and was told it was worth between £3500 & £5000 retail. Buyer beware.

Excellent repair on a gold chain. I know it was broken - but I can't even see the repair. They are honest, decent people with honest, decent prices, such a refreshing change. My husband had items designed and custom made and they are beautiful, top quality jewellery work.

Just used VT to mount some loose opals again. The quality of the work is great and the cost very reasonable. Communication was good. Jobs may take a little longer than qouted, but the results are worth the wait. Happy to recommend VT.

Rhodium plate my wedding ring & engagement ring super quick reply with all the information needed. I took them into the shop at 11am this morning & they were ready to be collected an hour later.
