Went in to look at a locket. 2 in there both serving 1 man. No acknowledgement that I had been seen. After I decided to walkout I got acknowledgement and offered a stool with no back which I couldn't have sat on anyway. They lost a sale of £70.

Very kind staff and adjusted high end watch FOC, but stock was average...OK for kids. Not good quality but great for that budget I guess.

Brilliant customer service, especially for a 'high street' jewellery store. Emma in the store was so very helpful, clearly knowledgable, and we would happily return and recommend. If only all stores gave this level of service!

Just had to have my son's watch strap replaced. Extremely helpful staff who made sure everything went smoothly and fuss free. Would highly recommend for customer service.
