Brilliant service! I gave the store a call and spoke to Pav who had my necklace fixed within minutes. I was heading off for my anniversary and my necklace had snapped in a place I couldn’t fix myself. Pav was so reassuring and fixed my necklace.

Absolutely ecstatic to have found the perfect pair of dainty but strong anklets for my birthday, the young gentleman serving me was patient with my fussiness and all three staff members were accommodating and kind even with my toddler. I paid £25 for an adjustment that was done speedily in-house. I have to say the selection of jewellery was better then anyone else in Slough so I even purchased a pair of Huggies (small hoop earrings) for myself. We were offered refreshments during our wait and decided as soon as we left that we would be repeat customers of this store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed a couple pieces refurbished, simply called and within 2 hours they were done and spotless. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a stress-free and quality service!!
