Went in to enquire about wedding bands. Served by a very rude and condescending lady ( dark hair ), very rude and ignorant as to who the customer was. Would never step foot in this shop again.
I will take the £2k business elsewhere.
She should be taught some customer service skills, rude little witch.

I bought my wife's replacement wedding ring here. It was a reasonable price, the service was excellent and knowledgeable. They also posted it to us.

Staff were very welcoming and they had exactly the piece i was looking to buy. I asked if they could have it made in white gold and she said she'd check. Her manner was pleasing and she was interactive and efficient. Claire was her name and I'm looking forward to hearing from her when the piece is in.

Few good bits but nothing very fascinating. Good for smaller occasions to have a listed price gift.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't realise they could arrange for different stones in preferred settings. Don't be afraid to ask

Great price for wedding bands and engagement ring to all together less the £800 what I think is a fantastic to pay. Also the staff are very helpful with what ever you need. 10/10 in my books .

Wouldn’t even give one star but that’s the minimum to leave review. My husband brought me a necklace for £125 broke within two weeks as wasn’t soldered, they had the cheek to ask for £25 for repair, which has taken now over 6 weeks! Item finally received and repaired wrong. Would never buy anything from here again. Most unhelpful.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Was happy with both purchases.
