On My last visit I wanted to collect a click and collect order, the queues were really long with it being xmas and my phone battery was running out so I couldnt access my email confirmation for very long, a lovely young gentleman helped me out loads by taking me to the front of the queue and serving me asap. He was brilliant! Today I was served
by Ellie and she was amazing, really kind and nothing was too much trouble. She replaced my broken bracelet with no issues at all, will definitely return to this store 🙂

I visited the Sutton store to buy a charm for my granddaughters birthday. I was served by Courtney who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She asked me questions and was even patient when I was undecided. I ended up buying earrings a necklace and the charm I originally intended. It was really nice to have such a good experience and my granddaughter loved her gift.
