Both Susan and Kim were very helpful and friendly, particularly impressive as the circumstances were so trying (suppliers not delivering goods in the time frame they promised). Would highly recommend the staff in this branch for their willingness to go the extra mile for us.

I was served today by Denise, who was extremely helpful in helping me chose a new strap for my granddaughter’s Harry Potter watch. When fitted she noticed the HP logo on the old buckle, and offered to put it on the new strap which was very thoughtful of her as I hadn’t even noticed it. Excellent customer service

Great staff always helpfull took my pocket watch in and the manager ... I think she was the manager ... she sent my watch for repair my warranty had just run out but it was repaired under warranty ... Thank you to the young lady that helped me ... Excellent place 👌 and Excellent staff 🤗
