I have to say I received brilliant customer service from this store. I made several trips to the store in deciding on my purchases. I was served by a rep called Sharon who was very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating and gave good advice. Sharon always made me feel welcome making my experience there very pleasant. I hope she is giving a bonus for her excellent service and dedication to the company as I was very happy with her service and my purchases. I would highly recommend this store.

Wonderful products bought online. I was in Moorgate for business and decided to walk across London to this store. Arrived at 9am. Unfortunately it seems the Islington working day starts somewhere between 10-12 depending on mood. I mean honestly, it wasn’t just here. ALL stores but cafes artisan fruiterers and estate agents were still shut! Must be nice to be so financially secure you can treat your shop as a hobby. Unfortunately I had to get back to catch my train to where the shops open at 9. Perhaps I’ll come back one day if I find myself in London after the bohemians have finished their late breakfasts
