F.Hinds the Jewellers

Shocking customer service in this branch. My mum ordered the wrong size ring and came back a few minutes later to order the right size. The staff member said that it was too late for her to change the ring size as she had already ordered the original size so she had to come back a week later if she wanted to make any changes to her order.
A week later we came back to ask if she could change the size and this particular member of staff was so rude and made my mum feel so bad. My mum is a 75 year old lady and she was spoken to with such disrespect. In the end we were served by another lady and were convinced to exchange the ring instead of the refund that we originally wanted. Will NEVER shop here again. Asma who served us was so lovely and respectful, unlike the other staff that were giving us dirty looks as we left the shop.

Went to buy a watch I ended buying a second one I was very satisfied with 2 gentleman very professional and patient

My mum brought me here today to get my ear piercings done and the service was very kind and reassuring. Thanks to the staff lady Tanuja for piercing them!

This F. Hinds store is at Unit 15-16 Treaty Centre, High St, Hounslow. They deal in Jewellery, giftware chain, wedding rings, branded watches, clocks & collectibles. The staff is very friendly and helpful I liked the watch collection displayed specially Citizen. The jewelry collection too is vast and adorable.

Excellent service and very professional and helpful personel.Especially the lady who helped me,was very polite and smiling!!!Gongratulanions and keep up the good work!!!

I am very satisfied with the level of customer care recieved today, it was fairly late on the day but I was attended with all care. I recommend this venue, got the same quality treatment on other occasions shopping there by all staff.

Today me and my wife went F Hinds Hounslow we bought a ladies watch ARMANI EXCHANGE battery went down it was not working/
We went to the store to replace a battery after 40min when we came the customer service assistant say they cannot fix it they need sent to warehouse and charged are £39.99 can you believe it £39.99 to change the battery.
On Saturday the manager works or not I don't know I have ask the manger name is PRITA GONDALIA.
I need a proper explanation from ARMANI EXCHANGE watch company.
Very bad customer service I always but the men's and ladies watches.
I never go and do my shopping F.HINDS IN HOUNSLOW.
So disappointed with the services.
