Can't praise them enough. After being let down by a jewellers in Upminster, Hornchurch Jewellers did the job for me. Friendly, helpful and speedy repair of my necklace.

What fabulous service I had today. This is a lovely family run shop. Father and son are so nice and helpful. I had a bracelet remodelled. I sold the charms to them that I no longer wanted on the bracelet and with the money from the charms ( a very good price from them) I bought a T bar and charm. The T bar was fitted within the hour and it looks fabulous. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m thrilled with the finished bracelet.

Amazing service. I took my engagement ring in for a resize and asked if it could be done the same morning. Three hours later, got a call to come and collect. Really appreciated the fast service and the ring looks lovely! Thank you very much!

I heard about this jewellers by word of mouth and I’m so grateful for the recommendation. These jewellers took great care of my engagement ring when I took it to be re-sized. Although it was a tricky job, given the design, the work was done expertly and I had my ring back within a week looking as perfect as it did when I left it.
They are very friendly, professional and have great expertise. Very reasonably priced too!

Cannot recommend this jewellers enough. Took my three wedding/engagement/eternity rings in to be resized and they did such a beautiful job. I got them all back within a week which shocked me but above all they were so helpful and kind! Thank you for your excellent service!
