Would love to buy a nice gift for wife who really deserves, could not justify despite being able to afford £350 for silver earrings that you can pick up anywhere else for £50. I agree Tiffany should carry a premium would have paid £200. Just how I value things, happy to pay for brand and lovely packaging just not seven times the price of value.

The customer service at Tiffany and Co is getting worse and worse no matter the country or location. The quality of the jewellery is definitely not worth the price.
I went to Tiffany and Co Westfield to get one of my key fixed or replaced as the blue enamel of a 500$ necklace key went off after 2 years.
The customer service has taken my email address and phone number and has never followed up nor has given me an update on what would happen next.

It has been the second time I bought at Tiffany's and I will never buy anything under this brand again. There are much better brand with better jewellery quality out on the market.

Upon our visit to Tiffany & Co in Westfield London, the staff responsiveness and attitude where appalling.

We where not only skipped by three customers, once enquiring about a certain necklace the staff member abruptly said “this has been discontinued” and provided no solution.

You should not have to look of wealth to be served in Tiffany & Co… absolutely disgraceful.

You walk in and wait for 20 minutes only to chase yourself a sales assistant for them to tell you there is waiting list…..6 sales assistants doing nothing and 2 clients on the whole floor. Despite being a long term customers, the attitude and atmosphere of the store makes Tiffany seem as tacky. What a she that the shop has fallen.

I went into tiffany as my necklace I got as a birthday gift was completely brown and tarnished. The sales assistant looked at me and said “this is why rich people wear jewellery “ I thought to myself is this the service you provide for customers. By judging me you wouldn’t know if I was rich or wealthy. Disgusting service! She then went and got it polished and said there you go. I think her name was kristy blonde lady. I will definitely NOT be buying from there again!

Took my girlfriend’s bracelet in for repair. Great customer service and a fair price. Even offer free cleaning on all their products!

Hardly any staff on shop floor which meant a long wait. When I was eventually seen they couldn’t find my details and handed me their tablet to go through all of their client database to find myself (I could see all of their customer details). Waited 45 mins to be told I had to pay £150 to fix Pearl studs that had broken due to poor quality. Absolutely outrageous - will never shop there again

Surprised at the poor level of service given its a luxury brand. £48 to fix a bracelet that broke, which seemed steep given it’s their product weakness, but I appreciate I don’t understand the work needed to fit it. What really let them down was 30min wait to drop it off and 30min wait to pick it up - both times not many people in store but a slow process to see each person. Very blunt staff member who finally saw me (no sorry for the wait) and berated me multiple times for not bringing my recipt back (though I had the email, service number, account, ID and bank card), twice after I told her I lost it.
