Returned to this store after having great customer service when buying my engagement ring. I was looking to purchase a watch, Lucy who served me was very helpful and price matched a competitor who was offering the watch for cheaper. Again amazing service, will be returning for future gifts.

Not to busy place, in this shop you can find whatever you wish to buy, from watches , rings , necklace, earrings.. they have everything. The ladies are very helpfull , specially the shop manager. She will go beyond to help you chose. Thank you . Definitely I will go back once the open again after the new lock down.!!!

Had very good customer service, ladies explained very well about earrings, and how to look after them and which one suitable according to our needs. Thanks to her, it gave us chance to decide.

I was served by a delightful young man who was very helpful. Also, I brought a gift that was perfect for my little niece. Lots of reasonably priced items.

Absolutely pathetic online service. I’ve never received such disrespect from anywhere else.

Very rude staff. Black lady was so unhappy that I came to the store that left without getting the service. She could even manage to raise voice on me in front of other people.
Seems I am not the only one complaining about it.
So disrespectful even looked at me up and down. I believe this shop should look at their staff behaviour as its unacceptable that staff treats customers as s*. I was looking for my wedding ring, clearly lady managed to destroy all my days mood. Thanks for that. I've been at a store few days ago and been served by other friendly and lovely girl, that's the reason I came back to purchase my rings,clearly didn't worked well.
Seems like I am not the only one been treated badly.
I believe this person's behaviour been mentioned in previous review, I do not want to go to store anymore even I do like company's jewellery. Literally shop looses their incomes due to staff misbehave.

Attentive, friendly, positively energised and warm staff. Perfect distancing, hygienic cleansing and wiping, marshalling the branch for only two guest customers at a time. Dedicated all the time and energy I required to make inquiries, to browse for wedding gifts, for birthdays and even try a watch for myself. Already bought two watches from here since reopening, paid a deposit for a jewellery piece and will be returning for another watch next month. Would gladly and happily recommend H Samuel Harrow to everyone! Julia, Linda, Elisha and Ciara all have exceptional customer service and are friendly, personable, efficient, knowledgeable people. All great assets to the H Samuel brand. A pleasure to browse, inquire, order and shop in their branch.
