Great balance of quality and price with excellent customer service. The outlet prices are better than on the high street and sale items are very well priced.

Had intended buying a watch as a gift for my daughter but salesman said as the one we could see was preowned it would not have a box and would only come with 12 month guarantee. He was very off putting. We were looking at the watch as it was a classic - packaging would not have been a problem.

They had really big discounts the last time I visited. Ernest Jones really keep up with their good reputation.

I would like to say a big thank you to the help that was given to me when i visited the store over Christmas. Having been burgled, my insurance company needed receipts going back 3 years, which i no longer had.
Jess in the store spent over an hour trawling through the computer to help find them. Which she did, with the help of another colleague Zabia, when she had finished serving her customers.
