Infinity Bracelets of London

Ordered a lovely bracelet that I am made up with. They also sent me a free one due to Christmas delay to my item. Great customer service and two great bracelets for really good price would recommend.

I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend that cost me £110, they sent me the wrong one out that cost about £55, so I had to pay more money for first class post to return it!!!. Then they sent me the correct bracelet but in the wrong size and it did not come in time for his birthday. They was not very helpful at all. AND it got rusty within a few weeks. Considering what they charge for these bracelets they are not worth it!!!

I paid £110.00 for a bracelet that the gold plating rubs off in less than a day all over your wrist and clothes. I asked for a return, instead they sent me another, which did the same. This circle happened 3 times. They asked to send them back to the address they gave, the post was returned back to me as the address doesn’t exist! Do not buy from these cons.

ordered the infinity topaz as a gift for my girlfriend.. she loves it and is very happy! packaging is very premium to, would defiantly recommend!

Placed an order for a birthday gift for my partner.. the item ended up being out of stock but customer services were very helpful and I ended up exchanging to another bracelet, they also included an extra bracelet for the inconvenience, top customer service and amazing quality bracelets. Couldn’t be happier with this experience!
