The worst customer service I have received. Walked in there twice knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, not even acknowledged by the stuck up sales assistants. Empty shop and didn’t even bother to look up let alone smile or try to help. Really disappointing as other stores have been great in the past.

What lovely experience. Shop was empty! Stark contrast to Oxford St! Clean, spacious and such friendly helpful staff. Thank you for a great shopping experience ☺️
