Was told i would be able to return a set of ear rings if my partner did not like them as long as they were unused. But due the the staff member who sold them to me not putting them in the box correctly (putting a sticker on it) they refused to accept it back. So very poor service considering i asked about returning it when i bought them.

Great service and great staff and very friendly. Although on my visit on the 16th of January i did not like the attitude of one of the staff who i spoke to. Plus if the shop new that the information on Google was wrong and i think they should do something about in order to keep there customers happy.

I bought a ring for my partner - unfortunately a diamond fell out of it after it had only been worn twice. We explained that we were certain this must be a design flaw in the ring, and staff at the store sent it away to be inspected - which took two months. In the end we have not been able to receive a refund

Lovely store - it was quite quiet and a lady greeted me straight away and offered her assistance.

They didn't have what I was after but she a had a lovely sunny disposition and was eager to help.

Absolutely SHOCKING service from these in chesterfield! Took my engagement ring back which my partner bought from there, to have my engagement reduced in size and they wanted to charge £56, after expressing how expensive I thought that was the staff WAS NOT helpful at all and said they could reduce by once size for free but not 2 sizes? After walking less than 100m down the road to EHJ jewellers I got the ring reduced 2 sizes for £30!!
This is disgusting to say the ring was bought from H Samuel and they’re wanting to charge practically double than another 1 minute away where I didn’t buy the ring from!
I have always got my jewellery from H Samuel but I will NOT be doing anymore

This is our go to jewellery shop and has been for years. The staff are lovely, attentive without being overbearing. Informative and knowledgeable.

I am absolutely disappointed, blown away and angry beyond words at the lack of organisation and communication between the departments within this organisation. My partner and I saw an engagement ring with this company and called the Croydon store who explained there was 1 left in my size in the Chesterfield branch. With excitement we ordered it straight away online, paying the deposit and being approved for the finance straight away! We have been waiting for the delivery for over a week and have heard absolutley nothing! I called customer services and it has been explained this store (Chesterfield) have sold the ring I ordered the day after I brought it and received confirmation of the purchase! How can this be right that you order an engagement ring with your partner to have it taken away from you, purchased by someone else! We thought this was sorted and ready for our big propsal day and received nothing H Samuel not even an explaination or an email or call! My partner and I are now left with no engagement ring, not an apology, not any compensation, no ring, nothing! I am extremely disappointed, angry, left with no engagment ring and feel let down big time!

Wonderful staff! Places like this are a reminder of the service that you just don't get buying online. Very helpful and friendly.
