Took 2 rings In. one the diamond was about to fall off and another where I had lost a diamond. From start to finish the service was superb. I can't recommend them enough and will be returning to have repairs on another couple of pieces I have.Thank you Mason.

I cannot be more impressed and happier with Crafted and specifically Mason at the Kings Langley branch. I came by initially needing 3 rings brought back to life and coated again as well as being engraved, even though one ring was a tricky one, they made it all a breeze and the rings look amazing now. We even worked together to create a new ring for my wife, Mason helped me with ideas and suggestions to help bring my own ideas to life and together he helped me create a bespoke and original one of a kind ring for my wife which she is absolutely in love with. I’ll never go anywhere else for my jewellery needs now, 10/10, I would recommend anyone needed something repaired, looked after or just after new jewellery or something original and hand made… don’t go elsewhere, you’ll be very impressed with what they’re building here!

I purchased a bracelet for my boyfriends birthday with my little to no knowledge about jewellery Mason made the whole experience as amazing as I could have asked for it to be. He sat with me and answered all my questions and really took his time to explain things to me. The whole team here are so lovely and all make the experience amazing. A late review - but had to write about the great experience we've had with Crafted. Taylor was great from start to finish and helped us pick out the perfect wedding rings. Service went the extra mile from multiple meetings, expert advice, complimentary services included without hesitation and even bought us some coffees when we told them we loved the local coffee shop! Good communication throughout. Accommodating. Genuine. And Friendly.
