The staff in this shop are absolutely fantastic! Can't praise their customer service enough. Been here numerous times, always excellent but most recently they managed to get me a set that wasn't available on line anymore and managed to find out another store had it and got it delivered to their shop so I could buy it upon seeing it in person. Get the reward card too I'm forever getting deals :)

Not really sure about previous reviews about staff in this store but I absolutely hate going into this shop. First off, they are way too overstaffed for such a small store and I always feel like I'm being stared down. I recently went in to look at a pair of earrings I saw online, and the man who helped me was brilliant but then one of the ladies came out from the back and she literally pushed her glasses down her nose to look me up and down. Totally unnecessary. Needless to say I will order online rather than going into this particular store. Change your staff please!. Sorry won't be back. The jewelry and accessories are great but have a look online.

A lady helped me today with a ring that I had which had started to fade. So helpful and kind, couldn't of done more!

Visited the store today to have a browse and was met with such a lovely member of staff who I believe is named Valerie, (the name on my receipt) she was so so helpful, kind & friendly. She really is a credit to your store in Guildford, such a ray of sunshine, happy to help all customers with a big smile and warm & welcoming personality, went above and beyond to make my time at the store and my purchase as lovely as it could of been and more! ☺️.

It was so sweet of her also to gift me a free tote bag with my purchase and wrap my gift in my favourite colour ribbon, just an all round lovely employee who is definitely an asset to your team at the Guildford branch in my eyes,

A mid-size Swarovski store. Good range of products-inside the Friary shopping mall.

Lovely shop with a great customer service , the staff are very friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend it,

Attended this afternoon to have a repair on a ring which was purchased 10 years ago. As they are no longer offering jewellery repairs they were happy to exchange this free of charge. Very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Very impressed with the service.
