We went in today to try and find some birthday gifts. Not only were we completely ignored but when I wanted to get the attention of a staff member she walked away and went into the staff room.

I looked at the other girl who was serving and busy with a customer and it was so awkward I just left.... lost me as a customer.

I shop in Pandora Woking regularly. The staff are fantastic especially Shelby, she is always very helpful and goes the extra mile. They always have what I want and the shop is well stocked & the jewellery is displayed very well.

No problem got gift voucher.

Absolutely brilliant customer service by Mahreen today. I had bought some bracelets for my 2 daughters for Christmas and they were too small, despite being checked. The online Pandora store would not help at all. However, Mahreen understood the issue and she exchanged them immediately for me and took care to ensure the new size fitted well with some charms on too. She also ensured the girls were happy. We then bought some more charms and another bracelet. I would highly recommend Mahreen and the Woking store. So much better than the online version of Pandora.
