Nice place with lovely jewellery that is quite affordable too. The range is updated often enough but not too quickly and there is always a sale on. Good quality jewellery.

Helpful staff, some beautiful jewelry for an array of budgets.

I visited at a busy time for retail stores, just before Christmas and received a fantastic customer experience from all staff at the shop.
Although gift wrapping costs slightly more, it's fairly reasonable considering the range of stock supplied.

Staff are also helpful and will order stock if your size is not available and will text/phone once it arrives.

Poor customer service, they refused to do refunds even though I asked them if they did before I bought the ring and they said yes. They only offered and exchange or a voucher thing with the price of my ring on it that I could only spend in that shop.
They have the same ring on display about 6 times and have little variety so this is hardly acceptable.

So walked into shop... Two people cleaning, one on a clip board.. No ques.. But was made to wait.. To be signed in! All I wanted was a silver chain... So was taken outside to be shown all the Chains... I knew which one I wanted.. However told to wait. . I had to sign in... So that meant I had to wait .. While only one person could apparently serve me ?? Two were cleaning tops and one on clipboard duty ! Very poor service!

Recieved a beautiful necklace and earring set from here to wear it only once and turn my neck and ears green although was not cheap jewellery? Was not dealt with well when taken back and explained.

No refunds only exchange. Not informed over counter . Surprising in this day and age and in a country like the UK. Sign that we are devolving here in UK ....

3 staff on duty only 1 serving and she looked like she had better things to be doing! 1 customer being served and myself and another gent had been there 10 mins waiting before his child had enough and was getting upset! Only when the gent comment LOUDLY to me that the woman was working alone did she think to get the other 2 out from the back to serve! Poor service!

My necklace deformed in only 10 days but they did offer low price for it not refund all price of the necklace. they did not help me.
