Took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and everyone was so lovely. The earrings were reasonably priced and they put her at ease all the way through. Really happy with value and service. Glad we went there and would recommend.

March brought an engagement ring
No call when it was ready I had to chase, eventually picked it up 36 hrs it broke in half.
I took two other rings to be made bigger,again no call to say they were ready collected got home and a diamond missing.Took it back,3weeks later no call .I chased them and they lost it, they eventually found it

Future brides & grooms AVOID.
We went in the Stafford store 12 weeks prior to our wedding and ordered our wedding bands coming to £900 total, got told mine could take 8 weeks, which was fine as we left the extra time.
I rang after 7 weeks and asked for an update- they'd taken our money but hadn't actually ordered my ring, causing me stress, still now 3 weeks until our wedding. Nowhere else has enough time to order this 18ct wishbone ring, they said they will reorder and "hopefully it will be here in time, if not you can borrow a plain band for the day" offered me a measly £50 store credit, I said I can't buy anything there for that amount I want £50 off my order, they refused.
I'm now in the lead up to my wedding stressed out that I'll be "borrowing" a ring nothing like the one I've ordered and so won't be getting those special up close photos on my big day, of a ring that's not mine.
Wish we went elsewhere.

Amazing staff, really helped me with picking out a watch for my Husbands birthday. The member of staff explained all the different features. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock, but were able too have one sent over from another store.

We received fantastic service. We brought our wedding bands and found staff really helpful. The lady who served us was very patient with our toddler and even kept him entertained with some special clocks! It was a special experience selecting our bands and we highly recommend going to this store.

Fabulous service, went in for a ring sizing and the lady (Sarah) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Didn't charge me, and gave detailed info on sizing. Can't reccomend enough!
