I'm a big believer in if someone offers outstanding customer service, it should be recognised!

Let's start with my fiance's review:
"I went in there to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring, I spoke to a woman and she was friendly, and offered me a drink. Explained all about the diamonds and made the entire process relaxing and comfortable. "

A couple of months later we both went in and the manager, James W remembered my fiance and I was won over by him. I felt like royalty walking in, and James was the most friendliest person within customer service that I have ever met.

I spoke to him like a friend, he was really interested in the wedding planning, and made recommendations to me too. When it came to actually looking at wedding rings, he understood our budget and worked with it suggesting rings to match my engagement ring. He was also very honest when one didn't look right.

We were planning on looking at other places for wedding rings, but not only did we get 10% off because fiance brought the engagement ring, but James sold the entire experience and he is the reason we now have our wedding rings.

Today, we went back in to collect the rings and again saw James and he ensured everything is perfect, but I also met another lady (Sorry i can't remember your name) and she was super friendly, we had a good chat about Netflix and what we like watching and it was just lovely.

I can't wait to go back in 12 months time to get my ring shiny in time for the wedding.

James and Team, super massive well done and thank you for everything, for the honesty, the laughs, the understanding, the support, and most importantly for being you!

My tommy watch needed new links and all the other jewellers said there was nothing they could do. Went into Earnest jones just on the off chance they could help and they were total angels!!!! Such a nice guy helped me (gutted I don’t know his name) but he has sorted everything out and I’ll have my watch fixed before you know it! Over the moon, couldn’t be more pleased!

Great service both times I've been in to look at watches. Not bought anything and made it quite clear both times I've been in (saving for the Tudor GMT) but still received great service. Let me try on stuff and were all very knowledgeable.

A superb experience purchasing a watch. The store manager was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the experience was one to remember.

If there was a 10/10 option I would select it. Fantastic personal service from store manager Colin Johnson, who went above and beyond. Don't usually leave Google reviews but this store deserves it. Nothing was too much trouble....

Never buy silver from this store the ring has been damaged after few days ,when we went to them the staff assuming that is normal to happen to silver and that we had to buy gold ...
