Poor customer service. Few weeks ago I left my broken ring for exchange. I left ring in white gift box. Today I came to collect it. When I asked about my box, One of the staff, Bea, told me “they are not giving boxes for free”. That was so embarrassing! In front of the other customers! They look at me like I am trying to get free box. I would never ever visit this store again. Shame !

They robbed my wife,over charged her £10 I went back two days later with receipt and photo as you have to take photos to show them what item you want
All they said it is my wife fault she should check the amount on the card reader before she paid

This store is very rarely open. Its know wonder people go to other towns or cities rather then use the county town. Warren james should remember they are in the county town and do there bit to help the town grow and open there business

Absence shocking saying online open Sunday 10 till 4 went there at 11.50 and shutters down. Need to update there opening hours

The customer service is alright. The reason why I give them one star is because the store policy is completely different from the website eventhough it is the same company. At the store you can't finance or return so I would encourage anyone to buy online or go somewhere else. I can't understand that same company has such differences depending upon the place you buy, and to me, that´s not right.
