Grace & Co Jewellery

Found the most perfect jewellery as a gift and for myself here. Rose was incredible at assisting me throughout, recommending best options not just for the stores best interest but mine too, suggesting promotions that suited me and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I went into Grace & Co last week and I was served by a young girl with blonde hair and she was super helpful. I was looking for a gift for a friend. Nothing was too much trouble and she showed me lots of items of jewellery in my budget. There was another lady in the shop too and she was also really helpful.

Because of my fab experience from the week before I went into Grace & Co today. I finally choose my friends birthday present (bracelet) and I also treated myself to some hoops and star studs. Again the ladies were super helpful, and welcoming and they were so kind to my little boy by showing him the nomination bracelet and charms he could have on the bracelet as he really wants one for Christmas.

I will definitely be back soon as I will continue to purchase from Grace & Co.

Little gem of a shop, very caring and attentive staff. Went in to see the new Pandora range. Wasn't disappointed!! Great to see them on the High Road at Beeston. Excellent service and experience.

I've been looking for the right St Christopher pendant for a while and after buying one that was too small for me Rose went out of her way to source the correct sized pendant and ensured I was happy with it. She kept me in the loop at every stage of the process

Went in to find a birthday gift and Rose was so lovely and helpful, she really took her time to help look through the charms with me and go through what they had! Every time I go in they are always so friendly and helpful and will take their time to help find the right thing for you! Will 100% recommend!

I visited the High Road Beeston branch and was greeted by Rose. She immediately asked me how I was, and what was I looking for.
She came across so warm and polite and help me with my purchases and also listened to a few of my problems.
I was very grateful for the ear of her listening to my problems and the level of, compassion she gave just goes to show that she wasn't just after a sale.
