After a bad experience in my local Norwich store due to issues with a bracelet I purchased with them. I travelled to Great Yarmouth to make a purchase. The lady Stephanie who was amazing went above and beyond in helping me today with my purchase and also has helped resolved my issue I had with my bracelet. Outstanding customer service, 100% better than my experience recently at the Norwich branch. The store is small and was super busy but the staff were great. I Highly recommended this store.

Shop was very busy due to Christmas shopping, staff very polite, helpful and friendly, did not feel rushed. They made a mistake and forgot to put one of my items in the bag, however was rectified straight away on my return with an apology. Were all human after all mistakes happen, staff must have been very stressed, but didn't show it, all very professional

My niece was going to buy 2 charms, the shop was a bit here and there and after standing at a counter for a while we thought it was our turn but was told the queue was over the other side. No one was told when they came in where the queue was. Not a good experience and no purchase was made.
