Eric recently repaired my great grandfather's pocket watch. Other jewellery/watch repair places had been unable to repair it due to it needing an obsolete part replaced, but Eric was able to make the part from scratch. The service was first class and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a complex watch repair carried out.

Clocks on display including this one built by Eric Young in 2018 - grasshopper skeleton clock movement, 8 day weight driven and pendulum action with time dial, world time, perpetual calendar, phases of the moon and equation of time.

I could not recommend this family business any more, I left a family heirloom pocket watch with them that had not worked in almost 40 years and was almost a century old and when I returned to pick it up, I could not have been happier with both the results and the quality of work.
Just seeing this pocket watch working again brought such happiness to myself and my father who gave it to me, so for that, thank you so much to everyone in the shop!
I will be returning in the future to have the pocket watch serviced when required.
It is fantastic to deal with a family business that prides themselves in quality over everything else, it really does show!
