I ordered a ring online during the black Friday sales and picked it up a week later. Upon purchase the lovely lady behind the counter asked me for the full price, I explained I ordered it in the sale and thought the price would hold. She happily discounted the price for me without question or hassle. The service was exceptionally good , warm and friendly during this mad Christmas period.

My husband bought a Citizen Ecodrive watch online but when it arriveddiscovered that he had ordered the wrong one and it did not have the luminous numeral. He rang our local Hinds store in Cardiff and the member of staff he spoke to was exremely helpful arranging for me to call in when convenient and exchange the watch for the correct model. I called in yesterday and found the correct model had been put aside with my husbands name on it and the exchange took place . The strap needed a little adjustment and this was done very quickly. A very pleasant experience of excellent service, well done to the Cardiff store

I purchased a beautiful pair of earings from the store Christmas time and I had the most excellent service. Unfortunatley whilst on holiday I lost one. I purchased the insurance for £5 thankfully and was able to get them replaced. When I arrived in the store to collect I received a warm welcome and the lady who I dealt with originally to report them lost remembered me. I find this to be an exceptional service and can't thank all the staff enough.

excellent experience dealing with Hinds of Cardiff , Eleri was very friendly and talkative and made you feel welcome, she was outstanding with her customer care and helped me chose the right items by trying on necklaces for me to view etc. highly recommend and would 100% use again

I went in yesterday 07/01/23 with my son who has autism. He wanted to by a ring with his Xmas money. The lady who served us had shoulder length black hair and unfortunately I didn't get her name She was very helpful, understanding and put my son at ease. She helped him get the ring he wanted. He ended up with a Welsh dragon ring which he loves. I hope the store and the lady gets to read this and I'd just like to say thank you and she is a credit to the store.

Spoke to Kevin the manager about a Citizen watch did’t have one in stock. But pull all the stops
out pull one in from another store. Kept me informed by phone can’t Say Enough receive fantastic service well done Kevin.
