I contacted the website first as I had purchased a few chamilia charms on line. They were the rose gold ones but had tarnished so bad, I wanted them exchanged. I called in the Pontypridd store and spoke to a lovely young lady who helped me no end. I had a few receipts for my purchases but one for one of the returned charms wasnt there. Because she saw I had bought quite a few, she exchanged them both, advised I had money to be refunded as they were on offer again. I asked about purchasing another charm instead of a refund and did that costing me just £2 on the day. She was very pleasant and helpful so I will definitely recommend her to my friends to visit. She did advise that the Merthyr store was closed down indefinitely now and that is the store I usually go to if not online. Pontypridd store it will be from now on.

The help and friendliness was amazing in the shop. Had an old silver bracelet that needed tlc and the girls cleaned it up and it now looks like new. No charge.. Thankyou for your help.

Five star service from SEREN. Super helpful and welcoming to us both. Could not have received better service and so very professional. Highly recommend this store which has stood the test of time in Pontypridd. In these challenging times it is so refreshing to have first class service and reasonable prices from super friendly staff. Took a pair of earrings back, one of the claws holding sone in places has risen, lady in shop said she couldn't see anything wrong with it didn't use an eye glass but just wrote on my receipt saying if the stone falls out we will replace the stone but sales women hasn't even sign the note. These were a Xmas present and now I'm frightened to wear them.

Sent my engagement ring away for repair over 8 weeks ago and it still isn’t back. Constantly chasing the store for updates. Customer services are ridiculous. Would never use the store or company again!
