Lovely staff & amazing jewellery!

Bought a lovely pair of earrings and bracelets for a friends 50th birthday,she was so happy with them, unfortunately one earring came apart and was lost. I returned to the shop to explain but unfortunately the service I was met with was terrible, after being accused of “ripping” the heart off the earring several times (incorrect it had just come apart) I had no choice but to pay for the replacement as it would be no good with just one earring!! I was externally disappointed with the reaction I got from the owner I wil not be returning.

I really looked forward to going to the shop this week , as I haven't bought any jewellery from there for several years. Unfortunately, there hasn't been much change in the jewellery design, with much of the same shaped settings. As I have previously bought items in these shaped settings, it would be refreshing to see some new shapes and designs.
The quality of the jewellery is, as it always has been, of very good quality.
