Had my engagement ring from here the claw came undone within weeks of wearing it and the stone came out. Bought my wedding ring in October got married 2 days ago and 2 stones have come out of my wedding band. Shocking. And now been told I have to go into my local store to have it fixed and its not open atm. Would never buy again from here.

Took a watch into Haverfordwest store to have links removed , Mary sorted it there and then ! Brilliant friendly service. Thanks.

My necklace e had broken and being a builder was covered in dirt dust and even cement, thanks to the staff at Haverfordwest branch it was repaired and cleaned totally free of charge,it was non recognisable from when it was taken in,my wife and myself are in this store maybe all be it at Xmas time but the staff are always outstanding at knowing what we are looking for,5 * from me

I have no complaints about h Samuel staff themselves, however the delivery company DX Express engaged by the the company are very bad. Consistent failures to deliver the item I ordered, made claims that attempts were made at delivery which were not the case and have no way to easily contact them.
