Brought a watch in for a link removal but enjoyed a browse of the wonderful, well stocked shop whilst I waited with my partner. All staff, especially the gent I dealt with, were polite and professional. A really nice surprise to get service like this nowadays. The job was done as I waited for a reasonable price.
