DO NOT USE L Mills Joinery!!!

I have been told to f*** off and that i'm a stupid little b!tch by the owner of the this company - Luke Mills.

He was contracted by our project manager of the build to deliver made to measure garage doors.
He made, painted and fitted them. Our project manager did not pay L Mills for the work delivered.
As the end customer, i went out of my way to pay Luke directly for the work he had delivered, even though i was contracted to pay my project manager only!

<6 months later the doors are not fit for purpose, they have expanded and we cannot literally get them open to get into our garage. I called Luke to come and rectify this issue. Two weekends on the trot he was going to come and sort. He did not attend or fix the doors. After much chasing he (finally) then spoke to me again at which point i told him i was very unhappy, and told me the above choice words.
Never, ever, have i been spoken to like this, let alone from a supposed professional.

Had these come out measured up my property for new windows and doors firstly the service was excellent they explained everything so I could easily understand the work involved then the turn round to make and fit the items was amazing and the finished product was well beyond what I was expecting if I could give them 6 stars I would will only be using this joiner from now on absolutely brilliant
