We have used Rich and his team a number of times in the last two years. They have designed, built and installed a number of custom furniture items for us. We are always completely confident working with them as their service is outstanding! Always on time, on budget and Rich always keeps us updated on the progress, nothing is too much trouble for him. Richard provided a fantastic service from start to finish. Excellent communication and very clear about timings and the overall order/construction process. If you want to experience true craftsmanship and end up with a product that will exceed every expectation you had on quality then these are your guys. It's true talent combined with a keen focus on customer service and delivery. We hadn't yet moved in when they were building our wardrobes and shelving and their communication and willingness to engage remotely was also superb. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Rich made bespoke shelving & a drawer unit for my partner’s hair salon. Luke needed identical displays to match current branded shelving that had been discontinued. The quality of Rich’s work was outstanding & we would highly recommend him.

Rich designed, manufactured and installed customised fitted wardrobes into our gable space. With excellent attention to detail from the start Rich impressed us. Not only did he produce drawings but he showed us work in progress in his workshop and phased the construction so it could be easily tweaked as it progressed. Quality was first class and we were able to select any shade of paint we desired. The downside is that he has an almost 6 months lead time due to demand for his services (6 months between design and construction). Like all good quality custom furniture it does not come cheap but we found him competitive with the other 3 quotes we obtained. We would not hesitate to highly commend his work.

Rich and his very competent team fabricated and installed our new front door and the end result is nothing short of beautiful. Rich Newman Joinery have re fitted 2 bedrooms and boudoir in our home in the last 18 months. We cannot praise them enough for their workmanship and quality. Rich is lovely to deal with and helps with different ways to make the most of space and the best finish. We are getting him in again this year for coat & shoe storage downstairs
