Brilliant experience. A great selection of songs to choose from. Went for a hen do. Would definitely go back. You can also order pizza whilst doing the karaoke which was a nice touch. Some rooms are bigger than others and what they call and aircon felt like a small fan. So that needs improving because we had to keep the door open.

Karaoke itself is good with a massive variety of songs, can change different aspects of the song like echo/reverb etc and the room has lights you can control with disco ball to create atmosphere and some of the staff are friendly. Warning: they have a no ID, no entry policy.

Fun experience. When ur time is up the music will cut off rather than finish the song. We asked to change a mic because the one we had didnt pick up sound well unless u put your mouth close to it. The request was denied.

Great for nights out with friends. The venue is attractive and the song selection is pretty sizable. The lack of Japanese songs was a bit disappointing however.
Additionally the venue provides a varied drinks menu and pizza which is a bonus.

The room is nice and clean. I think there are only English songs available. Also, drinks (that have 2 for 1 before 8pm), snacks, and some food that you can order. One session is 2hrs. First time trying Karaoke here, good experience.

Great fun! Booths (sound-proofed I hope) are great and you can fit about 6-8 with a squeeze. Huge range of songs available to suit all tastes, and drinks are just a button press away!

The place is great offering many rooms for groups. The room is equipped with 2 mics and an endless list of songs. It was great fun and the 2 hours passed real quick. Recommended and looking forward to return.

Very disappointed. We book about 3 weeks before the party and only as we got to the door did they say only over 18s. We had had multiple emails with them before the party and no one said anything about being over 18. We went in to discus the problem and ask for a refund but the conversation was basically shut down after the staff said we were being disrespectful - saying that they should have made all their policies clear on the website isn't being disrespectful, its just arguing a point. They wouldn't even let us shelter from the rain inside while my parents looked for somewhere else to have my 15th birthday party.
