Ali Baba Kebab House

Ordered food twice once online and once over the phone went to wrong address twice and apparently called me but had no miss calls they had the correct number as I have a verification message through from there website they decided to hang up on me when I asked where my food was then had to call again later after the second order went through and he told me the wrong address even though they had the correct one on the website absolute would not recommend

Ordered meat feast and Ali Baba’s pizza special for delivery. Ali Baba’s pizza special is a favourite in our group. When we got our pizzas and opened the box, we got the meat feast pizza which we ordered and a pepperoni pizza which we did not order.. Rang the takeawayshop to inform them about the wrong pizza. No apologies and said we ordered pepperoni and not Ali Baba’s pizza special. What a disappointment.

Just another takeaway in Portsmouth, food was good, loads of choice on food and desserts.

It's was my partner who ordered tonight normally I would leave a feed back on just eat, I just wanted to say that the food is perfect as always stayed nice and hot. always give us the excellent service thank you so much highly recommend. The driver was very polite and deliver our food to us.

Dreadful customer service. Paid 30 pound from my hard earned money. Ordered a kebab at 12am. Had no confirmation to cofirm order, so rang after an hour of waiting no answer. Continually called still no answer. So then called on my friends phone then had answer from the kebab shop. We then sternly requested the delivery drivers number who the man on the phone then declined to give us the delivery driver number and hung up. So then called back again to chase our kebabs we had now ordered 2 hours ago. Then had a answer and finally gave us the delivery drivers number who then turned up after 2 hours and half later. Who we will admit was very polite and agreed the customer service was appalling. We’ve have also had bad customer service experience from this restaurant before but gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and ordered from you again but was let down yet again buy your restaurant
Will not be giving a custom to your restaurant again

Stuck in the toilet here at 4am! This place is awful, absolutely disgusting. Save yourself and DO NOT EAT HERE.

I ordered simple wings and chips, the man got frozen wings out from somewhere and put them in a pan, he then proceeded to put the pan under the pizza oven to warm them up and served that to me. I was a fool for trying to eat the things he served me and paying the price now.

I swear I also saw him cooking doner kebab with the plastic wrap on and the plastic was getting cooked with the doner. I told him is he not going to take the plastic out before it melts away, he told me its much easier to take the doner astix wrap off once its warm. The fact is plastic was getting melted with the doner. Note, I didn't order doner kebab.

So regard to health a safety. Scary place. Please do not eat from here.
