If there was an option for 0 stars I would be giving it.Worst customer service I have ever received, made an order via just eat, the order was accepted, half an hour later the order was cancelled without any reason being given. I then called the restaurant to inquire about the cancelled order, the woman who I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone. One of my friends then called to try and clear up the reason as to why the order was cancelled and to ask if we were able to re order and we would come and collect it, this was then met with the woman being rude and aggressive again and she put the phone down. I would not recommend this establishment, they have now lost 6 regular customers from their local area. Disgusting customer service, leaving 6 of us waiting on food that wasn’t going to arrive. Luckily there is other more reliable takeaways in the area that we will be using from now on.

Spend over £30 and most of it was rubbish. Ordered chicken donner meat was very dry. Tasted like it was cut day before and served from the hot pot. Asked them to give me chips on separate packet but it was mixed with the kebab. Ordered eat house special which was £15 worth. Again most of it was dry meat. Only good thing about it was pizza, which was very nice. There is better Kebab house in town then this.

AWFUL. Ordered via justeat a chicken doner kebab and chips. There was no option of salad or sauces. When it arrived it was basically dry and fatty and tasted like 2 day old chicken pieces that had been reheated in a microwave on top of dry cold french fries. Some of the chicken was burnt and the overall taste and appearance was so awful that after trying to pick out some well cooked food I gave up and put virtually all of it the bin. Never again.

Delivery service offered, we will only collect now as they want £6 to deliver to prees!

Me and my partner are fishing at hamptons springs and we placed an order for delivery! ... food came quickly and hot! .. the best take away we have had!! Just perfect!

Food was fast delivery and milkshake was good.. however, I was charged 2 times for the payment (my food was £24 alone) and when I phoned to ask they were very quick to hang up. Had to tell the lovely delivery lady who brought my food what had happened as she took photos of the statements and emails. Then, after taking the food upstairs I realized I was missing not only the pot of garlic mayo I paid for but also the DONNER MEAT out of special deal 5 that is a burger, chips, DONNER MEAT and a drink. So I ended up buying nan bread to make a kebab for nothing. I won't even phone to tell them what they've missed because at this point it's clear they don't care. Will be looking into the £24 the owe me.

Edit: Just had a phone call from the company owners daughter that made my night! She was extremely understanding and helped me figure out payments and about getting back the missing food elements! Really appreciate this customer service and all the staff who helped in bringing this all around to a happy ending! Thank you Whitchurch eat house!!

These guys are gold medal winners, after a mess up on Just eat where they didn't receive the order (not their fault) the couldn't do more to help. We were staying in the area so not familiar with the town. They made our order (for 10 people) in 15 minutes and the food was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Best kebab house in town! The donor meat is so tasty and the pizzas are cooked just how pizzas should be, crispy and full of toppings! Really worth trying and the staff are always friendly and helpful :) bonus points for the milkshakes as well!
