Currently only has one chef but still in operation, weirdly. Still functions like a usual chippy and does a nice battered sausage. Not bad. Definitely needs more workers. Wait times are a bit long.

Friendly staffs, the food was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend it.

When we moved around here few years ago the food was excellent we would always order off Justeat. Since the lockdown they have gone down hill massively. Tonight my partner ordered a kebab and it’s so dry it’s like cardboard. Try to call but they don’t ever answer the phone. Will be using the other chip shop in the square in future.

Just had cod and chops from your Hartley call on a Wednesday at 6.25. Very good n polite service by your chefs n best cod and chios I've had in a long time.

DO NOT ORDER. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You are better off ordering somewhere else. I ordered a quarter pounder and chips on Uber eats and this is what showed up. I genuinely need this refunded

Went there, ordered the food which included 10 nuggets and paid, they said all good. Went outside, came back in and was told no nuggets at all, they said i had to order something else. They then proceeded to tell me all of my stuff was in the bag and when i got home, the rolls i had ordered were missing. A good portion of chips are black.

They dont answer the phones, so you cant call them to explain. Useless to have a phone if you dont pick up.

Great little chippy 👍I've only had cod "N" chips from here but they are good sized portions and definitely fill the gap after a good days graft definitely reccomend 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
