Crusader Kebab

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered from here every week as our takeaway treat. Sent completely different food from what we ordered but when rang up no solution offered. £30's worth of food for nothing. Looks like we need a new place!!! Do not order from here so rude.

Ordered from just eat. Food delivered stone cold, rang to complain and had awful service told we had to wait another hour after already waiting an hour and a half. Put the phone down on me. Took the food back, told I would get a full refund which they refused and instead given a £5 discount for next time!! So £40 out of pocket!! No apology no refund please avoid!! Shocking service and shocking food!! Lack of customer service, in fact no customer service. Told in the shop after driving there how they would reimburse my order to get nothing. Genuinely paid £40 for food that was returned to the restaurant.

Recently had a kebab from here are is was all good. Pretty sure most of the Labán shops in Ashford get their meats and sauces from the same wholesaler as there’s not much to choose between them all. Service here was good and portions/prices ok for what it is. I’d happily use them again.

Great food. Always tasty and fresh. Good prices.

Would have give more for the atmosphere but I sat in my car while my son went in. And my car smells. So the atmosphere in there ain't great. But I'm sure the kebab atmosphere is ace 🙂

I am furious!!!!!

My food was 30 minutes late, the food was stone cold, no salad in the kebabs, the kebabs were burnt and horrible, the chips tasted old like they had been reheated. My daughters chicken nuggets were soggy and chips disgusting. Not only did we bin most of the food but I had to re cook some dinner for my daughter. I tried to call the shop but the phone number don't work. Please don't order from here it was shocking.
