Best Kebab House Worcester

One of the best kebab places in worcester. Salad is fresh and cool, they looked after me after a few drinks and gave me a cup of tea . The meat isn't gritty or nothing . I go here after a drink or for lunch at work

4th time eating here and same as before... The food was delicious and plenty of it. I have a large appetite and this was more than enough. On top of this, the guys are so friendly. Can't fault it.

I placed an order and I clearly mentioned I want the sauces in different pot and not mixed with the food. They didn't respected my indications and also the order has arrived 15mins later than estimated arrival time. When I saw it is getting late, I called them and their reply it was the driver just left the restaurant and hang up the phone 😯. When finally the order arrived I saw the sauce mixer with meat and chips. I called them again to inform them that they didn't follow the instructions and they blamed the poor driver. I had to explain to them 4 times about my issues and that guy still didn't get it and again hang up the phone 😐
50% it was chicken skin... disgusting. I just threw it in the bin. I won't definitely order again their food. Very rude and incompetent staff.
The driver it was really nice and I know it wasn't his fault.
No refund issued.

The poorest customer service I have ever received in my LIFE. Scamming drunk people into paying for your food multiple times. As we were not that drunk at all we knew that this was taking advantage so we called them out and they began to raise there voice and also PUSH my friend when she began to call them out. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I wouldn’t give them the time of day.

I’m regular customer and I enjoy the kebab they sell- especially wraps. However I must say lately I had kebab with salad wrapped in large tortilla ( regular from a shop) not a usual wrap they used to serve it. The regular tortilla is taking off the joy of eating. It’s too thick to wrap it tight and it comes apart while eating. Eating become messy and frustrating. A bit disappointing. Thanks

From half a year is worst and worst… I don’t know what is changed but it’s a lot of mistakes with the orders, today my wrap wasn’t rolled properly and it’s really hard to eat, I would like eat Best Kebab like was one year ago… now it’s really bad, taste it’s not the same as well :(
