New Cross Best Kebab

The chicken was cut in front of me and the chips were extra crispy and nice.
The server asked me for any thing I didn't want in my Kebab

I used to love this place- friendly staff and great kebabs but yesterday I was served by a very aggressive member of staff. I could see he was frustrated when he took our order and then continued to speak aggressively to his colleague. When he started to prepare my food on bread for a wrap, I kindly let him know that I had asked for a kebab and so the bread should be a pitta. He started shouting loudly at me and I asked for him to not to speak at me like that. The menu actually says that kebabs are served in a pitta bread btw. I’m not upset so much about the food (although he gave me a cold pitta and hardly any hummus) but the attitude that I experienced was the worst. So much so, that this is the first time I have ever felt the need to leave a review. I will not be returning ever again after this and I hope that he learns how to talk to his customers.

Ordered large doner kebab and chips from here numerous times. Food is always cold, mediocre and terrible. Why is it always cold? I’ve had to microwave it so many times that I am now giving my honest feedback. If you want hot and freshly prepared takeaway food, then this isn’t it. Avoid this place because it’s consistently bad!

It’s called best kebab for a reason. Really is the best kebab shop in the area.

DO NOT ORDER!!! food didnt turn up restaurant lied and said it was on the way then didn't answer the phone for the rest of the night. Almost 30 quid wasted. Nonrefund and no food!
