Shen Kebab

I ordered lamb diner chicken doner chips. Meat so dry no flavour dry like sawdust. Salad was going drown in a plastic pot no chilli pepper. Chilli sauce had no flavour and wasn't hot. But chips were nice. Only good part of my order
Not happy😕 next day I was feeling sick all day and had the shots stay away from this place the worst kebabs I've ever had by along way. Disgusting 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Please, don't make the mistake that I made by not reading other customers experiences.

I placed an order for a Large Chicken Shish, with rice, salad and a fanta. A fairly simple order for a kebab shop one would assume. My first impressions... I was greeted on the phone by a woman who was very unprofessional in her nature, barely interested in what I had to say and talking to several other people while I was trying to give my order. This lack of attention is probably why my order ended up being wrong.

This came to £13.75 and arrrived in good time to be fair, however, when I unboxed my food, I was missing the Rice that I had ordered. I called them back to let them know, I gave my address and details, then the woman who answered told me that I didnt order any rice.

Firstly, the conversation that we had is recorded, and it is clear that I had ordered rice, her lack of attention earlier when I was ordering is no doubt what had caused this. I then questioned the price that I had paid, £13.75 for chicken, raw onion, red cabbage and a fanta. This is when she became aggressive and went on to tell me that her prices have been risen, the same as everyone in the area. I'm afraid this is just flat out false.

This is such a shame, because unlike other reviews that I read, I felt that the chicken was of good quality, and had a great flavour. However, at £13.75 for only chicken and a fanta, that is the minimum I expect.

In my opinion, Shen Kebab is a SCAM and everyone should look elsewhere for food.

Ordered last night and was very satisfied with my order, the doners were fresh and tasted nice, the pizza we got was also very nice and they didn’t go light on the toppings which was nice, will be ordering again!

Ordered a takeaway order, the food was nice and fresh, flavour was amazing and was served by a really nice man, would recommend.

Best kebabs tasty and nice people … And all helal meat and we can see on display all nice and fresh , recommend to all

We are regular customers. Great food, and lovely friendly staff. Kebab pizza and garlic bread, mixed kebab and a half pounder burger. They were all very much enjoyed.

Food was lovely, arrived on a efficient time, hot food. The caller on the phone was direct and to the point! Great service thanks!
