New Capital Kebab London

The original Halal kebab shop, I've been coming here since I was a teenager, and for this shop to be still around, they have found the secret ingredient to great customer feedback. The quality of the meats are amazing, the taste and freshness is evident upon your first bite. Highly recommended.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I ordered my food to break my fast with my family at 8.10pm but did not receive anything until 10.10pm! Not only was this 2 hours late i had to argue and fight with the workers at this restaurant to send me my food! When i called the restaurant at 9pm after having waited almost an hour and worker tells me he has sent my food a while ago and his job is done and maybe my brother picked up the food when I don’t even have a brother!!!
The worker was exceptionally rude never experienced this kind of service in my life!! He cut the line on me twice and I called back numerous times and he finally said he will call the driver and update me, however I got no call back. I had to then call back again and demand my order or a refund to which he said he cannot do either and gave me no options. After calling back again for the 5th time he finally said he can send half of my which which equated to £30 when i order over £50 worth of food. I told him to refund the remainder but he was not having it and said he ran out of food so he can’t do anything. After arguing some more he finally gave a chicken wings meal as a replacement to the adana kebab meal which was less expensive. When the food came after 2 hours it was old, dry and tasteless. Complete waste of money and time. Never ordering from deliveroo or this restaurant again!!

STAY AWAY!!!

My bf and I just stopped by on our way back from a David Rodigan gig and we were SO impressed with the delicious food we’ve just had. Best chicken donner I’ve ever had.. plus the service was super quick and friendly. Looking forward to our return!

I have been buying Kabab from this place since late 80's, over the years the business had changed hands many times but food has been consistent. But on my last visit I was going salads which contained lost of water which spoiled the Kabab and made it cold. ☹️

Best shish kebab, great value.

after coming to this shop since 1994 I was disappointed to see how they've finally become shown their true greed for money. Over the years they've increased their prices and I still kept going but last week it was the final straw when they increased the price and reduced the portion size. I instantly told the staff I've been coming here over 25 years I'm not going to take this meal. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered 2 skewers on pita, the chap took out 3 massive skewers and I said 2 was plenty. He took 2 from the display and obviously I thought he was cooking both but oh know 🤷🏽‍♀️ U think we were lucky if we got half one between us, Pita and as straight from packet to plate and not even warm.

Comes back after few years paid £20 for 2 meat and chip with a drink,food was so oily it ruined the whole meal, meat with good quality it was a let down, disappointing
