The Grill

After nearly a 2 hour wait still no food delivered (quoted 45minute delivery time). Called twice & was assured it was on the way, but it wasn't. Offered no compensation on the order & told to re-place my order which will be 3hours after initial order. Poor service.

OMG! 1 of the best burgers ive ever had and a great price, you get alot for your money!! Food was delivered piping hot and very quickly in about 20 minutes, even a nice smiley polite delivery man, excellent service!
I will definitely be using this restaurant regularly and highly recommend it!

Ordered food at 9pm told an hour... rang at 10.20pm told just started cooking. Appalling cancelled order went elsewhere, shame considering they used to be one of the best takeouts around here!

Called in an order from home for delivery; they missed one of the orders completely as they didn't listen and the chips were soggy and tasteless. The burgers that did arrive were not spectacular; cheap burger patties were used and really need improving on. Definitely won't be using this place again and would definitely NOT recommend.

Usually absolutely great. Today order placed money taken. 1 hour and 40 minutes later no food. Phone constantly engaged. Usually very good.

This restaurant is NOT halal, although they have a big halal sign on their advertisement leaflets. The meat is generally halal but it is cooked together with pig bacon on the grill, making everything non-halal. It is fine if they have non-halal meat, but then they should cook it separately from halal meat or they should not claim it is halal.

Slightly annoyed that this shop has gone down hill...

Have been eating from this place regularly for at least a couple of years and thought tonight’s was very different to usual order. Called up to ask what the change was and told that there was new management. I cannot stress how bad this was compared to what we used to get. Bad quality meat, late delivery, small salad and a garlic sauce which was more minty than garlic. I would feel more comfortable ordering a kebab from an Indian takeaway than this place now.
