This is my first time ordering from them and it will certainly be the last. The burger bun was never toasted, so as soon you lifted it up it collapse and spilled it's contents all down the front of the person eating it. The kebab was awful, bread dry and hard the meat was cold, if that's was ever warmed. The order was 20 minutes late, no apology from the driver. Lucky there two stars, they not for you, it for me for enduring this service and poor food quality. And the price how can you charge that I never know, for that I thought it would be good, but it is good......for nothing. Hope the seagulls enjoy at the dump.

My usual kebab shop in Dartford, best to get it on Friday or Saturday as its generally busier and food is kuchen fresher, online or phone orders they accept card but if you walk in its cash only. Staff are amazing, I tried to tip them when I walk in to order they always refuse. Thank you for being the best kebab shop in Dartford. Please add extra pitta option to your website.

I just ordered a meal for £13 something pound to pay by cash but when the delivery driver got here I told him I run out of credit when I ordered so I couldn't call back but I said I didn't have the cash as my partner has rushed up the hospital as she was bleeding as she is pregnant so he called them and I tried to explain to whoever was in charge of Kia Kebab to say can I pay by card as I have no cash due to my partner rushed up hospital but he was very rude and I could not get a word in edgeways he said to me never fkin order again but I have been a customer for years and I can't believe how rude he was I was trying to pay for my meal by card as I had no cash but he didn't even listen to me he was so rude and I am so disappointed in the way they have behaved not only this I've just found out my partner has lost the baby so thanks to Kia Kebab they have made my night a double unhappy night very rude and I feel angry they would not even let me pay by my card as I had no cash on me they should be ashamed of them selves

Nice place for good kebab wrap.
All salads, all sauces. Always pick up myself.
Used them few times and so far so good.

Worst experience ever ! Rude & unacceptable behaviour from staff ! The worst customer experience ever ! I placed an order via Uber eats around 8.20pm this eve and expected delivery time was 8.45-8.55( latest). I didn’t get any food until 9.40pm & no updates/ notifications either! I rang them up at the end and the rudest person on earth answered my call , saying I can cancel if I can’t wait !!! I asked for an estimated time of delivery but he cancelled my order at his end !!! I repeatedly said I want food and don’t cancel but he went ahead and did it himself !! I felt so helpless and humiliated ! He left me & my 2 children starving this night !! Is this what we get in return for our money , time & anticipation ?is this how the customers are treated ? Uber eats should pls look in to this matter & take some action against this company as this is totally unacceptable! I had to get another take away at the end from another provider but went through
and !! unnecessary agony , I will never go with this provider ! I am warning other customers out there about this insult I faced which could happen to you too!

Kebabs are not great. There are much better kebab shops available in the area. Only use as a last resort

First time I ordered from this place. Ordered a pizza and wrap wasn’t a big order at all, called 5 mins after the delivery was received. The pizza was meant to have beef init unfortunately it was missing, I explained this to the lady on the phone. However, from her tone of voice seemed to doubt me and asked me if this was truly the case. I explained that the pizza was indeed missing the topping from the pizza, she offered to replace the pizza as long as we would return the pizza we had bitten into. Humorously the logic behind such as management decision to be honest was expected from this establishment. I would suggest avoiding ordering from here especially during the covid 19 era that we are in.
