Best Kebabs

Didn't use best kebab for a while due to previous issues with delivery and quality. Gave them another try and out of the last few orders all have had issues with quality and delivery. First time ordered mega burger and was charged that price, received cheaper triple cheese burger instead around 25 minutes later than was told. Next ordered 12 inch calzone. Turned up late yet again, chips were cold and calzone was very greasy to point box was soggy. Last time ordered hot shot pizza with side of chips. Was told 45 minutes, after 90 phoned to see where order was, told just left shop and on way. 40 minutes later finally turned up. Chips were cold and hard, pizza was cold, greasy with no meat. Phoned shop and was told a fresh one would be sent out in around 45 minutes. 25 minutes later recieved call from member of staff stating they made pizza themselves, was right pizza and couldn't have been cold. After some digging around found a total of 4-5 pieces of meat and no chillies in hot shot pizza. Should have realised after first order prices have gone up but still the same low standards as always. Will not be giving them another try or ordering from here again.

Terrible !!! 2nd time I've tried delivery and food was never been sent out!! No way to run business. When I rang to chase delivery just got abuse aNd threatened by someone saying they were big 18 stone (or something) Scottish guy !! How are they still in business and as for Scottish man, (really) bet your 50+ working in kebab shop with big chip on your shoulder..... my god all we wanted was some decent food!!!😤

Absolutely lovely food and excellent customer service

Watched a person behind the counter pick salad out of the containers and put it on an order with his bare
hands! Dont think any of the employees have any hygeine training. The place has been getting worse for a while now. The order was wrong just to add to the rubbish experience.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered tonight, made a mistake on order, asked for cheeseburger and onions, got home, had cheeseburger, no onions and covered in salad, took back for what I thought would be an easy exchange, right up until he used his FINGERS to scrape off the melted cheese covered salad. Instant refund asked for, and no a free can of coke won't fix that. Notbthe the first time I've seen staff pull out salad with their hands. If that is going on in front of you, what don't you see !!! Unfortunately I can't give zero stars, someone needs a food hygiene course, especially during a pandemic.

My granddaughter was sick with covid and finally felt well enough to eat so ordered pepperoni pizza with cheezy chips and garlic sauce nearly £18.00 !!!! £5.00 delivery and had the cheek to add 50p SERVICE CHARGE !! FOOD was greasy and cold chips were refried, disgusting.

Never again will I be ordering from here ! Parmo missing from order yet still were going to charge us for it ! Took an hour and 35 minutes! Driver had attitude and so did manager ! Two teenagers had to share 1 parmo as they wouldn't bring another and only knocked off the price (after big argument ) of 1 parmo! Disgusted !!!
