Dover Kebab House

Ordered here through the Just eat app on Sunday evening, had a long wait for my order to arrive and when it did I wasn't exactly pleased. The onion rings were burnt, I couldnt eat them. The burger bun on my half pounder was rock solid and the burgers were over cooked, again I didnt eat much of that. I had ordered a Pepsi but some how recieved a coke? Out of the whole order the only right or edible thing was the fries, terrible experience.

Order was 30 minutes late, when it eventually turned up it was cold. Rang to ask for a refund or for new food to be sent to get abuse down the phone and to be called a lier. Also missing a bottle of pepsi that is stated they give to customers that spend over £20! They refused any sort of refund, or even fresh food to be sent. I am now over £20 down and have no food that we can eat and no money to re order from somewhere else, worse customer service ive ever experienced!

Ordered from them last never received my order but they took my and my husbands money and will not pay it back. This is the second time that they have done this will not be using them again and advice others not to either. Staff always have dirt under nails.

I normally write longer reviews, but I can't do it for Dover Kebab House ...... One word describes the food, service, price and staff. ........ Amazing!!!! If you haven't eaten from there yet, you are seriously missing out 👌👍

Last order we received was fine and arrived within estimated time. Food was ok as well. However today our order of 2 halloumi wraps took 90mins to arrive. It was cold, our chips were soggy from the salad sitting on too for so long, and the onion rings weren't cooked. Not worth the gamble, won't be ordering again.

We looked online and noticed Dover Kebab website after daughter fancying garlic chips. Husband placed order online. After an hour and a half tried calling which rung off the hook. Website stated our order was being prepped. Then website stated premises was closed. After several phone call attempts husband went down to the premises only to find it closed. They now have our money and we have no food. So can't give an opinion on the food however service an absolute joke. Do not use this take away!!!

We've found a true Gem here. We stayed over for 3 days, and this was our go to place. When though inter to stay away from the Doner Kebab usually, this places Kebab its so nice is hard to not.

I'm not sure why the locals see the area as a run down place to live. Asked a few people and they had some really negative things to say. It's a bit quiet, yet living in London where its constant traffic, people, and just busy everywhere.

Thank you Brothers who served us at the Restaurant. Will return again.

Ordered through website, food never showed, no one to answer phone at restaurant either. I waited for 90 mins then gave up after that. So glad I was going to pay cash, would have been very annoyed if I had paid already. This place is nothing but a joke. What awful service!
