Istanbul Kebab House Take Away

Well what a difference, this is under new management, the family are lovely people, they run another well established restaurant in the town. Great to see clean and fresh cooked food and watch it been cooked.

My boyfriend ordered his kebab and burger which he said Was very nice. I had ordered potato wedges in curry sauce. The curry sauce was nice but the potato wedges had a very wired taste to it, so I’ve had to chuck the rest or it In the bin which is very disappointing

Ordered a chicken burger. They gave us the wrong one. called to tell them. they told us there isn’t anything the could do it about. didn’t offer to change it for another one. considering the burger they gave us came out of a birds eye box.

Very very happy with our order. The staff were so polite and the chicken shish kebabs were a dream! A+++

Found a hair in my adena kebab. Really put off the mood.

Ordered 4 kebabs for takeaway, had to throw 3 away when home the taste and smell not good,, seemed to be meat left over from the night before, would not use again,waste of money

Ordered a burger and lamb kebab. The burger came with nothing on it except cheese which I did not add when ordering (was extra .50 so I left it off). When I went back to look at why nothing was on the burger I found out why. If you pull up the toppings section (in the app) it says no this and no that and then randomly in the middle is the option to add "salad". They need to reorganize this and put it at the top so it is clear that it has to be added instead of in the middle of the list among all the "no's". Or just have it defaulted to have the salad on the burger and then give the option in the toppings to say no to certain things or everything. It doesn't make sense to put no salad on the burger when I didn't choose the option for no salad. Anyways, my husband's kebab was absolutely tasteless and was gritty. There was no seasoning at all so it just tasted like overcooked meat. Absolutely do not recommend this place at all. There's so many other kebab places with actual good food nearby.

The most awful unedable chewed up and spat out kebab that I've ever eaten Avoid at all costs.I had the manager pay me my money back to take my review down!! Go to Rumbles next door.
