I ordered X2 lamb kebabs and it come with 4 pieces of lamb and minimal salad , i asked for chilli peppers which i didn't receive. As well as the kebabs i also ordered a portion of chips which arrived so cold some were frozen in the middle!!!! When calling to complain i was told my food "was not cold because it was just sent" the lady on the phone was so rude i had to go through just eat to get a refund. Will not order again!!!

There is spose to be kebab meat on this pizza there are scraps of meat!cheese tastes sweaty&like it is weeks old!DO not recommend!

Always something missing from the order and the portions are very small, even the salad. I haven’t ordered from here for a while for that reason but I thought I’d try again and the same thing happened. Hardly any meat or chips and they charge over £3 for a small chips. Not again

I ordered a mixed kebab. The chicken was well marinated and cooked on a traditional Mangal oven over charcoal. The chicken was soft and tender not dry. The portion of Lamb donner was big and the chilli sauce was home made. The salad was fresh and tasty. The pitta bread was a little over done, although I quite like it that way! My daughter had a pizza which she loved. It was covered with cheese and cooked well. My other daughter had chicken nuggets. Pretty standard but they were crisp and not over cooked. The chips were crisp and portions were good. Service was very quick and the staff are friendly. All in all a good experience.

Pathetic customer service I first time tried to order from their website and they say on their menu if you order from website then 25% off but nothing is like that it’s a scam and I then gave them call and they were so rude that we are not delivering order ok and cut the call instead of fixing bugs in their website or apologise for this false advertisement. I have torn their menu as they don’t deserve to be tried even for once. Very bad attitude towards customers.

Have tried this place a few times now, can honestly say their customer service is impeccable. Really appreciate the portions and found it to be great value for money.

My first time ordering from this kebab place.. Have to say it was really nice, salad was fresh, meat was good. My only complaint would be no chilly peppers but can live without them and will request them next time ' I asked for garlic mayo and no chilly sauce think this is why i got no chilly peppers ' .From order to delivery it took only 20 mins .

Has anyone ordered food from this restaurant twice? I ordered once, There is no other restaurant in Hatfield that gets such dirty food
