Marmaris Pizza & Kebab House

Ordered food at 8.25 and told 45 mins to one hour, at 9.15 called back to see were order was. Told they had been busy and I was the next order out ????? 50 mins later order still not out for delivery bare in mind it's 10 mins to drive from store. 15 mins later called back order still not arrived, told driver 2 mins away. On arrival really nice polite delivery guy apologized. I explained I had to sort food for hubby as diabetic and due to time he had to eat. He called store who said to give us the garlic bread as compo but return the order to store. Very nice! Gave the driver a tip as not his fault. Then called store and asked for manager by the way that's who answered. When I explained he said he was a driver down and very busy. I asked why did I not get a call back explaining problem which I would have understood. I asked what he would do with the returned food as it was no good to resend out. The answer was it will feed the staff. What a good business head this manager has. No concern for repeat custom or even the fact that I said I would be adding a review. He said we are not interested in reviews they mean nothing. I hope some read this and either think twice of ordering or make it clear when you get a delivery time that you say if it's late you will not except. If enough customers do this for late deliveries they may be able to feed the homeless in the area as well as give staff second hand food. End of rant

I cant understand the negative reviews on this place - the food in my experience is never short of delicious and they deliver for minimum spend of £10.00. I cant fault it ! Brilliant And lovely people too !

Best cheesy chips and garlic mayo! Always a happy pleasant place to sit and wait for your order and the guys serving are lovely too. Well done x

Prices not accurate, food is ok, but tasted pizza alot better.

For the second time, I didn’t get what I ordered. Ordered a chicken kebab with salad, got home and basically just had chicken in a pitta bread. Not so appealing really!

Only getting 1 star as food is generally nice however certain staff are rude and have no customer service skills at all if u have a problem with the food like they send u something completely different to what u ordered they accuse u of lying and causing them problems in the past which is a lie, they refused to send me the food I originally ordered but did send the driver back to give me my money back and take the food away so that left us at nearly midnight with no food at all I have been getting food from here for many years and never had any problems so I seen it as a genuine mistake because it happens but when I try to resolve it and get spoken to the way i did no its not acceptable at all he has just lost custom from me and my family we will not be ordering from them ever again! Disgusting way to treat good paying long standing customers you need some customer care training desperately! Must add the delivery driver was lovely though

Hugely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Having ordered from here on numerous occasions but my last order will certainly be my last. When you pay for an order, you expect to receive that order, missing items, cold food and no interest in replacing them was my last experience. Having been in catering all of my life, I have never spoken to a customer in such a way or shown such disregard and lack of management and customer care skills. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
