Istanbul Kebab Ipswich

This use to be a lovely kebab shop but I ordered today and my food was cold when rang to tell them they just said we are busy and can't deal with the problem ? I don't care how busy you are food should be hot not cold bad service standards have dropped and would give o stars if could avoid them if I was you and use a different restaurant.

Possibly the worst kebab ive ever had.
I paid £11.20 for a combination kebab and what turned up was absolutely terrible I've seen in the picture.
Plus i paid £3.90 for a pepsi, which the driver tried to keep if it wasn't for me asking for it.

Ordered food at 17:40 for a 19:00 delivery turns up at 19:40 when I rung at 19:10 they said was onway then driver turns up and says only just left 15mins ago then gets aggressive when I ask for my change .
place is a joke with a bad service all togeather and to top it off got my order wrong ,,,, worse thing is food was nice what a let down

Ordered food for my family.
My kids meat and chips portion was 5.20 and larger then my shish kebab for 8.50.
Only 3 pieces of meat and old lettuce bunch in my salad.
Called them and staff was so rude.
This wasn't medium portion,but really small.
Didn't know what to do - cry or laugh.
Feeling so,so dissapointed.
Definetely there is staff change or food economy.
I was client for about 10 years and that was my last order.

Worst kebab ever they don't have on the menu a mixed shish kebab even though I've had it 3 times!!!!!!rude staff. Do not eat here

The kebabs were really good in the past. We stopped ordering chicken kebabs due to sparce ingredients. I assumed it was ordering via Just Eat. It turns out ordering directly does not change anything. Orders more recently have been donner kebabs. On the website it allows you to ask for extra salad. Today there was barely a dessert spoon of salad on both. Will post a photo if the site allows. I asked for extra salad on mine but it was no different. I can't fault it if you want alot of meat but I don't. I have phoned them in the past about orders and been left with the impression they don't care. On reading other feedback tonight I didn't waste my time calling. Absolutely no more orders from us.

Worst kebabs ever, messed up the order and on top of that there was foil in the donor meat. Was very rude when we called to tell them and they said I’m lying so I’ll be adding pics!
