Don’t phone near closing time when you phone for a delivery and asks you to repeat the postcode that many times till you forgot your were hungry. if u don’t want to deliver certain times change your closing time.

Have had food from there for many years and have never had a bad meal yet. The quality of the food is always to a good standard

Ordered jacket potato from here and they made an honest mistake with my order. Called to request a replacement & they showed accountability, apologised profusely and replaced the food within 10 minutes. Great food & even better service!

Late, cold, raw kofte, naan bread that is impossible to pick up to eat the kebab as it is so brittle. At least they got what I ordered right for about the tenth time out of the 60 times I've ordered from them! Food always tasted great, so forgave the terrible customer service, but now even the food tastes terrible as well.

Been going to charcoal grill for years, used to be 5/5 but their recent take aways have been disappointing. Food arriving lukewarm and the chips are either overcooked or soggy most the time. It wasn't to bad considering the price but with the recent price increase can't recommended the takeaway anymore 3/5 if you order. If you want a much better experiance go inside and order since your food will be fresh. Crunchy chips and one of the best donars in town.

Over an hour wait and after chasing via phone told it had left fifteen mins later it finally arrived cold and no sauce on one of the kebabs .... Usually a good place to eat but it's a sorry Saturday service!
